Profile Backlinks Work

Profile links like Angela/Paul link packets are taking off nowadays. Everyone seems to be getting in on the action and for good reason. Over the past few weeks ive been giving them ago on spare domains i had lying around, and some Web 2.0 properties like hubpages and squidoo. And all i can say is WOW. I definitely think these are far more efficient then linkwheels. They give you a boost almost instantly. Dont ask me why. They just do. Why they give you such a boost in the SERP’s is really a mystery to everyone involved. Some say its because of the root domain being a high PR authority site. But even so, PR stands for “PageRank” not “SiteRank”, so really someone’s profile on a forum shouldn’t really factor too much into googles algo. But for whatever reason it does.

I quickly came to the realisation though, that you cannot really put much faith in links that you buy from others. You seriously need to get your own. Anyone selling these packets are often selling them to thousands of people (And then they are leaked out to all the bludgers aswell). Often the forums that get these massive zerg rush of signups close registration for good. Finding your own is often just a matter of using the right footprints.

For example, my favourite (And what seems to be the most powerful) platform out right now seems to be Small Machines Forum, or SMF as its known. You can find almost every single SMF forum on the planet using the query “Powered by SMF” in google. And from there, you can signup and leave your backlink in your profile.

Your probably thinking ooosshhhiii–! Signing up just to get a backlink is as blackhat as they come. Meh, you either do it or you don’t. Warrior Forum drools over these types of links month after month. And Warrior Forum is also the same place where if you create a thread with BlackHat in the title, it gets changed to BlueFart. So if its ok with them….

Now siezing the opportunity that presented itself. If you decide to do these sorts of backlinks, you will quickly realise that they take forever. Doing a lot of 50 could take you atleast a couple of hours. And i guess that’s where my programming skills present itself! I have built a small app to essentially speed up the process. It isnt just a one click, print me money type of application. But it definitely speeds up the time taken to get these links done. Unfortunately i found the application just that bit overpowered and i definitely don’t want to be giving it out for free. Enter LynxLinks

lynxlinksng

Sort of being greedy, sort of wanting to stem the flow of these sorts of things. I have set up this service at fairly cheap rates to give people an easily solution then breaking their fingers (and mice) doing these profile links. Either way, if your interested in automated profile links go check it out. The landing page and some of the minor things still need tidying up. But the service is officially open, just hasn’t been posted anywhere (yet!).

And, because we are focusing on quality for lynxlinks. We are really only aiming to do links that the Homepage PR is PR4+. Meaning we have a gazillion links left over that are Pr1 – 3 (PR N/A are just chucked out). Rather then just throw them into the trash can, we are giving them away for free. And will likely each month have a new list for everyone. We are still selling the service to signup for you and place your link. But if you prefer going them manually, get em here :
