How To Use (General Functions) :

• APPEND – In List 1 (Left hand box), you can continue to upload files into the same box, then save to combine multiple lists into one.
• REMOVE DUPES – After loading emails into list 1, hit “Remove Dupes” for it to output all unique emails.
• COMPARE TO SUPPRESSION – After uploading your emails into list 1. You can then load a suppression list into list 2. The suppression list can be one that your network gave you, or a list of emails you have already mailed. Hit the “Compare” button, and it will remove all emails that are in your suppression list from list 1.
• REMOVE TLD – Use this function to remove certain TLD’s (Or emails) from list 1. This can be incase you don’t wish to email .govt’s or even if you don’t wish to email hotmails.
• KEEP TLD – The opposite of the above, use this to keep only certain TLD’s.
• ALPHABETIZE – Use this button to sort your list alphabetically.
• SEED EMAILS – Load your seeding emails into list 2. Then press this button, you can select whether to loop your seeds and how many emails between seeds. If you don’t know what seeding emails are then you probably don’t need this function.

Requirements :

• Your computer must have the latest .net framework. Which you can download from microsoft’s website.

FAQ :

Q : Why does it save in funny formats?
A : When you go to save your list, you must save it as .txt or .csv yourself. So type in the full filename. I did this on purpose to allow you to save in any format you wish, and for me to not restrict the formats.
